Contact Center Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

Zimmer Biomet Holdings is seeking a Contact Center Specialist to join our remote team in Sydney, New South Wales, AU. This is a part-time entry-level position ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or contact center role. We are looking for energetic and hardworking individuals who possess strong attention to detail and are innovative problem solvers.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and a customer-centric approach. 2. Assist customers with product inquiries, order processing, and issue resolution. 3. Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to customer needs and offering solutions. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated issues and ensure customer satisfaction. 6. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience. 7. Meet and exceed key performance indicators such as call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction metrics.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer service or contact center role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite. 6. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. 7. Energetic and hardworking attitude with a passion for helping customers.
