Job Description - Customer Care Assistant

Job Description:


We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Customer Care Assistant to join our team at Harley-Davidson in Brisbane, Queensland. As a Customer Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued customers.


Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries and provide information about products and services - Assist customers with product selection and purchases - Process orders and returns in a timely and efficient manner - Resolve customer complaints and issues with a positive attitude - Maintain customer records and ensure accuracy of information - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends - Assist in organizing and participating in promotional events and activities - Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences


Requirements: - Proven experience as a Customer Care Assistant or similar role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Energetic and hardworking attitude - Ability to research and adapt quickly to changing circumstances - High school diploma or equivalent - Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Knowledge of Harley-Davidson products and services is a plus
