Job Description:
Sempra Energy is seeking a passionate and adaptable Customer Service Officer to join our team in Sydney, New South Wales. As an Associate Level role, the successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service.
Responsibilities: - Manage a high volume of customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person - Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products and services - Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner - Maintain customer records and update databases with relevant information - Assist in processing customer orders and refunds - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures
Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Excellent problem-solving skills - Persuasive and able to handle challenging situations with emotional intelligence - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications - Must be passionate about providing exceptional customer service - Must be adaptable and willing to learn new skills
