Job Description - Customer Success Assistant

Job Description: Oshkosh is seeking a passionate and independent Customer Success Assistant to join our team in Melbourne, Victoria. As a Customer Success Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting our customers in achieving their goals and driving their success with our products and services. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Assist customers with onboarding, training, and troubleshooting to ensure they are utilizing our products and services effectively - Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in-person meetings to understand their needs and concerns - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and enhance the overall customer experience - Develop and deliver presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value of our products and services - Assist in the creation of customer success strategies and initiatives to drive customer satisfaction and retention - Act as a liaison between customers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and effective resolution of issues


Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in a customer success or related role - Independent and passionate individual with a strong desire to help customers succeed - Excellent presentation and persuasion skills to effectively communicate with customers - Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
