Job Description - Customer Success Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


Insight Enterprises is seeking a motivated and confident Customer Success Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Melbourne, Victoria, AU. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role.


Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of clients to ensure their satisfaction and success with our products and services - Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions - Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and ensure timely resolution - Develop and deliver regular reports on customer satisfaction, retention, and growth metrics - Conduct regular check-ins and meetings with key stakeholders to review progress and address any concerns


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field - Proven track record of success in a customer success or account management role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong time management and organizational abilities - Persuasive and confident in presenting ideas and solutions to clients - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
