Job Description - Customer Success Officer - Work from home


Job Description: Newell Brands is seeking a motivated and driven individual to join our team as a part-time Customer Success Officer, working remotely from Brisbane, Queensland, AU. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of relevant experience in customer success or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their success and satisfaction with our products and services - Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, feedback, and escalations - Proactively identify and address customer needs and potential issues to prevent churn and drive retention - Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences - Develop and execute customer success strategies and initiatives to drive growth and engagement - Analyze customer data and feedback to inform product development and enhancement opportunities


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a virtual environment - Experience with CRM software and other customer success tools is a plus - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding customer success metrics
