Customer Success Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Cummins, a global technology leader in the power industry, is seeking a motivated and passionate Customer Success Representative to join our team in Sydney, New South Wales. This is a part-time, work from home position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions to ensure their success. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and follow-up. 3. Provide product demonstrations, training, and support to customers to maximize their usage and satisfaction. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer inquiries, issues, and feedback. 5. Work closely with the sales team to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities. 6. Utilize negotiation skills to reach mutually beneficial agreements with customers. 7. Participate in team meetings and contribute to a collaborative work environment.

Requirements: 1. Strong customer service skills and a passion for helping customers succeed. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technology or related industry. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Prioritize quality in all aspects of work, products, and services. 6. Experience with remote work and proficiency in virtual communication tools. 7. Negotiation and problem-solving skills. 8.
