Job Description - Customer Success Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:


Coles Group is seeking a motivated and dynamic Customer Success Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Perth, Western Australia. As an Entry Level Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers have a positive experience through effective communication, problem-solving, and providing support.


Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers via email, phone calls, and chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide guidance on product usage. 2. Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback, assess satisfaction levels, and identify areas for improvement. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues in a timely manner. 4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system. 5. Analyze customer data and trends to identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience. 6. Develop creative solutions to drive customer engagement and retention. 7. Provide guidance and support to customers on self-service resources and tools.


Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Adaptable and resourceful personality traits to effectively navigate customer inquiries and concerns. 3. Strong analytical skills to interpret customer data and identify patterns. 4. Creativity to develop innovative solutions to meet customer needs. 5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems. 7. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
