Job Description - Customer Support Officer

Job Description:


Aramark is seeking a talented and driven Customer Support Officer to join our team in Brisbane, Queensland, AU. This part-time position is perfect for individuals looking to kickstart their career in customer support. As an entry-level role, we welcome candidates with at least 1 year of experience, however, we are also open to fresh graduates with the right mindset and attitude.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support to clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings - Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any escalated issues - Utilize project management skills to coordinate and implement solutions for customer problems - Conduct presentations to clients on new products, services, and features - Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and implement improvements to the customer support process - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions


Requirements: - Hardworking and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service - Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent presentation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients - Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities - High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
