Job Description - Customer Support Officer

Job Description: Eversource Energy is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Officer to join our team in Sydney, New South Wales. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Customer Support Officer will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues and provide solutions. 3. Process customer orders, refunds, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution. 5. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation. 6. Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and suggest solutions. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to better assist customers.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred. 2. 4 years of experience in customer service or support role. 3. Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues. 4. Passionate about providing exceptional customer service. 5. Adaptable to changing work environments and customer needs. 6. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment and cooperate with others. 7. Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software. 8. Ability to work part-time hours.
