Job Description:
Textron is currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Live Chat Officer to join our team in Brisbane, Queensland. As a Live Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through our live chat platform.
Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in real-time through our live chat platform to address inquiries, provide product information, and troubleshoot any issues they may have - Assist customers with online purchases, order tracking, and returns or exchanges - Utilize emotional intelligence to understand and empathize with customers' needs and concerns - Conduct research to provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries - Collaborate with other team members to escalate complex issues and provide follow-up support as needed - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously - Strong research skills to quickly find information and solutions for customers - Demonstrated emotional intelligence to understand and connect with customers on a personal level - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in computer skills, including typing and navigating multiple software applications
