Online Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

NRG Energy is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Online Accounts Receivable Associate in Perth, Western Australia. This part-time position is ideal for someone with at least 2 years of experience in accounts receivable and who possesses strong project management and innovation skills. The successful candidate will be energetic, independent, and able to thrive in an environment that embraces and navigates change seamlessly.

Responsibilities: - Manage online accounts receivable processes and systems - Monitor and reconcile customer accounts - Generate and send invoices to customers - Work closely with the finance team to resolve any outstanding issues - Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer information - Assist with month-end closing procedures - Provide support for any ad-hoc projects related to accounts receivable

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable - Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel - Strong project management skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Energetic and able to adapt to change - Innovative problem solver
