Online Client Relations Manager

Job Description:

Valero Energy is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Online Client Relations Manager to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. As a mid-to-senior level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in client relationship management, particularly in an online environment.

Responsibilities: - Maintain and cultivate relationships with existing clients through various online channels, including email, social media, and virtual meetings. - Develop and implement strategies to increase client engagement and retention. - Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a unified approach to client communications. - Monitor client feedback and address any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner. - Analyze data and metrics to track client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online client relations.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. - 7+ years of experience in client relations, preferably in an online setting. - Resourceful and driven with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed goals. - Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to lead a team effectively. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in CRM software and online communication tools. - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
