Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Online Client Relations Specialist to join our team at Bank of New York Mellon Corp. in Brisbane, Queensland, AU. As an Associate Level position, the Online Client Relations Specialist will be responsible for managing client relationships through online platforms. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role and possess a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities: - Interact with clients through various online channels to address inquiries and concerns - Provide timely and accurate information to clients regarding their accounts and services - Assist clients with online account management and troubleshooting technical issues - Collaborate with other departments to resolve client issues and escalations - Analyze client feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the online client experience - Maintain accurate records of client interactions for reporting and compliance purposes - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations related to online banking and client services
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in client relations or customer service - Driven and reliable individuals with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in using online banking platforms and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance standards
