Job Description - Online Customer Service Manager

Job Description:


Brighte is seeking a dynamic and experienced Online Customer Service Manager to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience in customer service management, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and positive online customer experience for our clients.


Responsibilities: 1. Plan, develop and implement online customer service strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. 2. Oversee a team of online customer service representatives, providing leadership, training, and guidance. 3. Monitor customer service metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. 4. Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and provide feedback for product and service improvements. 6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in online customer service to continuously improve processes and procedures. 7. Maintain a positive and engaging online presence to foster strong customer relationships.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Proven experience in online customer service management, with a minimum of 7 years in a similar role. 3. Energetic and motivated personality with excellent planning and leadership skills. 4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 6. Proficiency in customer service software and tools. 7. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. 8. Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to online customer service.
