Online Customer Service Officer

Job Description:

Biogen is seeking a dedicated and motivated Online Customer Service Officer to join our team in Melbourne, Victoria, AU. As an Entry Level position, this part-time role requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through online communication channels such as email, chat, and social media - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer queries - Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Monitor online reviews and feedback to identify areas for improvement - Generate reports on customer interactions and feedback for analysis
