Job Description - Online Customer Support Representative

Seeka is looking for a part-time Online Customer Support Representative to join our team in Sydney, New South Wales. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and social media platforms in a timely and professional manner - Providing product information, resolving customer complaints, and escalating issues as needed - Working collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience - Documenting customer interactions and feedback to improve overall customer satisfaction - Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers - Monitoring customer reviews and feedback online and addressing any negative feedback promptly


Requirements: - Hardworking and reliable individual with strong attention to detail - Excellent persuasion and communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Experience with CRM software and online customer support platforms - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
