Online Operations Manager

Job Description:

St. Jude Medical is seeking a dedicated and energetic Online Operations Manager to join our team in Melbourne, Victoria, AU. This is a part-time position at the mid-to-senior level, requiring at least 6 years of experience in online operations.

Responsibilities: - Plan, coordinate, and oversee all online operations activities - Manage online platforms and ensure they are running smoothly and efficiently - Analyze data and performance metrics to make informed decisions and improvements - Develop strategies to enhance online presence and drive customer engagement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success of online initiatives - Monitor industry trends and competitors to stay ahead of the curve - Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency - Lead and motivate a team of online operations specialists - Implement best practices for online operations and customer service - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and outcomes

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - Proven experience in online operations, preferably in a similar industry - Strong leadership and communication skills - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Ability to negotiate and problem-solve effectively - Proficiency in data analysis and reporting - Knowledge of online platforms and e-commerce best practices - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence
