Job Description:

United Continental Holdings is seeking a passionate and independent Online Social Media Manager to join our team in Sydney, New South Wales, AU. Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement for United Continental Holdings. 2. Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track the performance of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for optimization. 4. Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner. 5. Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices to ensure the company's online presence remains competitive. 6. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives.

Requirements: 1. No prior experience required, but a strong passion for social media and digital marketing is essential. 2. Demonstrated independence and the ability to work autonomously on projects. 3. Strong leadership skills and the ability to think critically and creatively. 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 5. Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms. 6. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
