Operations Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Nike is looking for a remote Operations Associate to join our team in Adelaide, South Australia. As an Operations Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations and processes that drive our business forward. This part-time role is perfect for someone who is resourceful, passionate about the Nike brand, and enjoys working independently from home.

Responsibilities: - Assist with inventory management and supply chain coordination - Monitor and track orders to ensure timely delivery to customers - Communicate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations - Support the implementation of new processes and systems to improve efficiency - Analyze data and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement - Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed - Provide general administrative support to the operations team

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a similar role - Strong decision-making skills and the ability to work independently - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Resourceful nature with a proactive approach to problem-solving - Passion for the Nike brand and a desire to contribute to its success
