Remote Account Support Associate

Job Description:

Sanmina is currently looking for a Remote Account Support Associate to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, AU. This part-time position is ideal for a hardworking and driven individual with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients remotely. 2. Handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems in a timely manner. 3. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth account management and client satisfaction. 4. Conduct thorough research to address customer concerns and provide accurate solutions. 5. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Assist in the development of new business opportunities through proactive communication with clients. 7. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in account support or a related field. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with clients. 3. Excellent research skills to gather information and solve complex problems. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred. 7. Must be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
