Job Description - Call Center Officer

Job Description:


As a Call Center Officer at Nordstrom in Sydney, New South Wales, AU, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service over the phone, email, and chat. Your primary duty will be to assist customers with inquiries, process orders, handle complaints, and provide product recommendations. You will need to have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.


Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers in a professional and friendly manner - Assist customers with inquiries, product information, order processing, and issue resolution - Provide personalized recommendations based on customer needs and preferences - Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the database - Meet and exceed performance targets for call handle time, customer satisfaction, and sales conversion - Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and provide solutions - Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers


Requirements: - Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role - Hardworking and dedicated attitude towards providing exceptional customer service - Strong communication skills and the ability to actively listen to customer needs - Creativity in problem-solving and negotiating with customers to find mutually beneficial solutions - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Willingness to learn and adapt to changing customer needs and company policies
