Remote Chat Support Representative

Job Description:

As a Remote Chat Support Representative at Erie Insurance Group, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients through online chat platforms. Your primary duty will be to engage with customers, answer their inquiries, resolve any issues they may have, and provide guidance on various insurance products and services.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through online chat platforms to provide support and assistance - Answer customer inquiries about insurance products, claims, and policies - Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases to the appropriate department - Provide guidance and recommendations to customers on the best insurance solutions for their needs - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and improve customer service processes

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Driven and reliable personality traits - Strong teamwork and communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent
