Client Relations Manager

Job Description:

Host Hotels & Resorts is seeking a part-time Client Relations Manager to join our team in Sydney, New South Wales, AU. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with a minimum of 5 years of experience in client relations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sense of independence and be highly driven to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded. 2. Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Conduct research to stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity. 4. Develop and implement strategies to increase client satisfaction and retention rates. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery of services to clients. 6. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to maximize profitability. 7. Provide regular reports and updates to management on client relations activities and outcomes.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in client relations or a similar role. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong negotiation skills and ability to think creatively to solve problems. 5. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 8. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.
