We are currently seeking a Remote Client Service Specialist to join our team at Jones Lang LaSalle in Adelaide, South Australia. This part-time Associate Level role requires a candidate with at least 4 years of experience in a similar position.
As a Remote Client Service Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include managing client accounts, responding to client inquiries and concerns, conducting client meetings virtually, and providing strategic solutions to meet client needs. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for upselling services.
The ideal candidate for this role should possess the following personality traits: energetic and independent. Additionally, strong soft skills such as problem-solving and strategic planning are required to excel in this position.
