Job Description - Client Support Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


As a Client Support Manager for CST Brands, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients based in Brisbane, Queensland, AU. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar client support role and possess the personality traits of being energetic and reliable.


Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and support. 2. Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and requests. 3. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of client issues. 4. Manage client accounts and ensure satisfaction with CST Brands products and services. 5. Provide product demonstrations and training to clients as needed. 6. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling CST Brands products. 7. Collect and analyze client feedback to help improve overall client experience. 8. Meet and exceed client satisfaction targets and key performance indicators.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. 2. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong negotiation skills and emotional intelligence. 5. Ability to work independently and efficiently from a remote location. 6. Visa sponsorship is available for the right candidate. 7. Must be willing to undergo training and professional development. 8. Relocation allowance may be provided for exceptional candidates.
