Job Description - Client Support Representative - Work from home

Job Description:


American Family Insurance Group is looking for a motivated and resilient Client Support Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will allow you to work from the comfort of your own home in Perth, Western Australia. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service-related role.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. 2. Assist clients with inquiries, concerns, and policy-related questions. 3. Research and resolve client issues in a timely and efficient manner. 4. Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and provide solutions. 6. Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions. 7. Stay updated on company policies and procedures to provide accurate information to clients. 8. Participate in training and development programs to enhance job performance.


Requirements: 1. Motivated individual with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude. 2. Resilient in handling challenging situations and able to remain calm under pressure. 3. Excellent research skills and ability to gather information quickly. 4. Strong people management skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. 5. Experience in a customer service role for at least 4 years. 6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 8. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
