Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and independent Remote Contact Center Specialist to join our team at D.R. Horton in Perth, Western Australia. As a contact center specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients through various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and online chats. This is a part-time entry-level position with no prior experience required.
Responsibilities: - Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner - Provide support and assistance to customers with product information, pricing, and order processing - Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience and empathy - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any escalated issues - Utilize project management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette - Ability to work independently and be reliable in a remote work environment - Strong decision-making skills and the ability to think critically under pressure - Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes - Must be located in Perth, Western Australia and have a stable internet connection
