Remote Customer Care Assistant

Job Description: We are looking for a Remote Customer Care Assistant to join our team at Telephone & Data Systems in Sydney, New South Wales, AU. As a part-time entry-level position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various channels, such as phone, email, and online chat.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Handle customer complaints with empathy and provide appropriate solutions - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience - Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to customers - Stay up-to-date on company products and services - Meet or exceed established customer satisfaction goals
