Job Description - Remote Customer Care Manager

As a Remote Customer Care Manager at Goodyear Tire & Rubber, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and managing a team of customer care representatives. This part-time position based in Melbourne, Victoria, AU, requires at least 5 years of experience in a customer service role at the Associate Level.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of remote customer care representatives, setting clear goals and providing guidance and support. 2. Monitor team performance and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates. 3. Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner. 4. Develop and implement training programs to ensure team members are equipped to handle customer inquiries effectively. 5. Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall customer experience. 6. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service to continuously improve processes and procedures.


Requirements: 1. 5+ years of experience in a customer service role. 2. Reliable and resilient personality traits. 3. Strong presentation and leadership skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 6. Experience managing remote teams is a plus. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 8. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field is preferred.
