Remote Customer Care Officer

Job Description:

We are seeking a Remote Customer Care Officer to join our team at Spirit AeroSystems Holdings. As a part-time Associate Level position based in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, AU, the Remote Customer Care Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients remotely.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance via phone, email, and live chat - Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Utilize company systems and tools to track customer interactions and resolutions - Continuously seek opportunities for improvement in customer care processes

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Energetic personality with the ability to work independently - Strong innovation skills and the ability to think creatively to solve customer problems - Excellent people management skills to handle a variety of customer situations - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
