Job Description:
UGI is seeking a part-time Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Adelaide, South Australia. As a Customer Care Specialist at UGI, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction. 4. Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies. 5. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation. 6. Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve overall customer experience. 7. Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to management.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. 4. Highly driven and motivated to provide exceptional service. 5. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Innovative thinker with a problem-solving mindset. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
