Customer Success Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Kohl’s is seeking a dedicated and energetic Customer Success Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Sydney, New South Wales, AU. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 4 years of experience in a customer success or related role.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage and build relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. 2. Proactively communicate with customers to address any issues or concerns they may have. 3. Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Provide creative solutions to enhance customer engagement and retention. 6. Assist in driving strategic initiatives based on data analysis and customer feedback.

Requirements: 1. 4+ years of experience in a customer success or related role. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Creativity and analytical skills. 5. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting. 6. High school diploma or equivalent.
