Job Description:
Appen, a leading global provider of high-quality training data for machine learning and artificial intelligence, is seeking a passionate and hardworking Customer Support Associate to join our team in Adelaide, South Australia. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field.
Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat channels - Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation in customer support operations - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to better assist customers - Meet and exceed key performance indicators related to customer satisfaction and response times - Adhere to company guidelines and procedures for handling customer inquiries and escalations
Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in customer support or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Desire to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Available to work part-time hours, with flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed - Passionate about providing top-notch customer service and driven to succeed in a fast-paced environment
