Job Description: Graphite, a leading tech company based in Melbourne, Victoria, is seeking a Remote Customer Support Officer to join our dynamic team on a part-time basis. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience who are dedicated, motivated, and possess strong decision-making and planning skills.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers' needs and offering appropriate solutions - Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction and retention - Assist in developing customer support policies and procedures - Stay up to date on product knowledge to effectively assist customers with any questions or concerns
Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer support or a related field - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Excellent decision-making and planning abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Dedication to providing top-notch customer service - Motivated to learn and grow within the company
