Job Description - Remote Customer Support Specialist

Job Description:


We are looking for a talented Remote Customer Support Specialist to join our team at BlackRock in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer support roles. This is a part-time position that offers opportunities for growth and development within the company.


Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service through various channels such as emails, phone calls, and live chat - Assist customers with inquiries, technical issues, and product information - Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate teams - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Support the implementation of new processes and procedures to improve customer support efficiency


Requirements: - At least 2 years of experience in a customer support role - Resourceful and resilient personality traits - Strong analytical and communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Excellent problem-solving skills - High attention to detail and accuracy - Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
