Remote Digital Marketing Associate

Job Description:

Energy Transfer Equity is seeking a remote Digital Marketing Associate to join our team in Adelaide, South Australia. This part-time position offers the opportunity to work at the Associate level with a minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing. The ideal candidate will be independent, hardworking, possess emotional intelligence, and have strong persuasion skills.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement - Create and manage social media campaigns across various platforms - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to optimize digital marketing efforts - Collaborate with the marketing team to align digital strategies with overall marketing goals - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and incorporate best practices into digital marketing initiatives - Assist with content creation, including writing copy and designing visuals for digital platforms - Manage email marketing campaigns and track performance metrics - Use data analytics tools to measure the success of digital marketing efforts and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing - Proficiency in social media platforms, email marketing, and content creation tools - Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment - Emotional intelligence and strong persuasion skills - Experience with SEO and SEM strategies is a plus
