Remote Live Chat Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Remote Live Chat Assistant to join our team at American Electric Power in Adelaide, South Australia. As an Associate Level position, this part-time role requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide efficient and accurate responses to customer inquiries via live chat. 2. Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues related to our products and services. 3. Utilize strategic planning and critical thinking skills to resolve customer concerns and escalations. 4. Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service. 5. Maintain professionalism and uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in all interactions.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively. 4. Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer service tools. 5. Strong strategic planning and critical thinking skills. 6. Reliable and self-motivated individual with a positive attitude.
