Remote Live Chat Assistant

Job Description:

Dominion Resources is seeking a passionate and resourceful Remote Live Chat Assistant to join our team in Sydney, New South Wales. This part-time, entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or administrative role.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers through live chat to provide assistance, answer inquiries, and troubleshoot issues. 2. Guide customers through the purchasing process, upsell products or services when appropriate. 3. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing prompt and accurate responses. 4. Utilize persuasion skills to drive sales and increase customer loyalty. 5. Efficiently manage time to handle multiple chats simultaneously. 6. Continuously strive to improve chat procedures and efficiency.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills both written and verbal. 2. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 3. Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer service tools. 4. Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment. 5. Flexible schedule to accommodate evening and weekend shifts. 6. High school diploma or equivalent.
