Job Description:

Office Depot is seeking a Remote Live Chat Specialist to join our team based in Sydney, New South Wales, AU. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires at least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. As a Remote Live Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing prompt, efficient, and personalized customer support through live chat on our website.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in real-time through live chat to provide product information, assistance with orders, and resolve any inquiries or issues - Utilize problem-solving skills and product knowledge to effectively address customer needs - Maintain a positive and professional attitude while delivering excellent customer service - Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and accurate information is provided to customers - Capture and document customer feedback and insights to improve the overall customer experience

Requirements: - Independent and passionate individual who enjoys helping customers and is committed to delivering exceptional service - Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues in a remote environment - Creative thinker who can adapt to different customer situations and provide innovative solutions - Proficient in using live chat platforms and customer service software - Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
