Remote Marketing Associate

Job Description:

Oshkosh is looking for a Remote Marketing Associate to join our team in Brisbane, Queensland, AU. This position is part-time and at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing. The ideal candidate will be resilient, dedicated, have strong decision-making skills, and enjoy working in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement marketing strategies to meet business objectives - Create and manage content for various marketing channels, including social media, email, and website - Assist in creating promotional materials and campaigns - Analyze marketing data and make recommendations for improvements - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing efforts align with overall company goals - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in marketing - Assist in organizing and executing virtual events and webinars

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - 3+ years of experience in marketing - Proven track record of successfully executing marketing strategies - Strong decision-making skills and ability to work autonomously - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms - Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
