Job Description:
As an Online Communications Specialist at Fannie Mae in Adelaide, South Australia, your main responsibility will be to develop and implement online communication strategies to enhance the company's brand and engage with stakeholders. You will work closely with the marketing and communications team to create and distribute content across digital platforms, including websites, social media, and email campaigns.
Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement online communication strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. 2. Create compelling content for the company's website, social media channels, and email campaigns. 3. Monitor and analyze online metrics to measure the effectiveness of communication efforts. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all digital platforms. 5. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in online communication to continuously improve strategies. 6. Manage online advertising campaigns to reach target audiences and drive traffic to the company's digital channels. 7. Provide support for online events, webinars, and virtual meetings as needed.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in online communications or digital marketing. 3. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 4. Proficiency in social media management tools and web analytics platforms. 5. Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities. 6. Excellent presentation and leadership skills. 7. Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices. 8. Experience with content management systems and email marketing platforms. 9. Experience with graphic design and video editing tools is a plus.
