Online Communications Specialist

Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and hardworking Online Communications Specialist to join our team at TJX in Sydney, New South Wales. As an Entry-Level Online Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for managing our online presence and communications across various digital platforms. This part-time position requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement online communication strategies to enhance our brand visibility and engagement - Create and publish engaging content for our website, social media channels, and email campaigns - Monitor and analyze online metrics to track the success of our communication efforts - Collaborate with the marketing team to align online communication strategies with overall marketing objectives - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online communications - Assist with other marketing and communications tasks as needed
