Remote Support Assistant

Job Description:

Seaboard is seeking a motivated Remote Support Assistant to join our team in Sydney, New South Wales. As a part-time entry-level position, the Remote Support Assistant will play a key role in providing assistance to our remote teams and ensuring the smooth operations of our business.

Responsibilities: - Provide remote technical support to team members and clients - Assist with troubleshooting software and hardware issues - Monitor and respond to support tickets in a timely manner - Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve technical problems - Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions - Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes and procedures

Requirements: - Strong communication skills - Driven and confident personality - Ability to work well in a team environment - Proficient problem-solving skills - Motivated to learn new technologies and tools - Comfortable working remotely and independently - No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in the role
