Remote Support Associate

Job Description:

Assurant is seeking a motivated and confident Remote Support Associate to join our team in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide remote support to customers via phone, email, and chat. 2. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner. 3. Assist customers with account management and billing inquiries. 4. Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently. 2. Experience in customer service or technical support. 3. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. 4. Ability to think critically and solve problems efficiently. 5. Team player with a positive attitude towards helping others.
