Job Description:

Charles Schwab is seeking a part-time Support Representative to join our team in Melbourne, Victoria, AU. As an Associate Level Support Representative, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This position requires a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist clients with account information, investment products, and technical issues - Troubleshoot and resolve client problems with accuracy and efficiency - Document client interactions and maintain detailed records - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market changes, and company policies
