Support Representative - Work from home

As a Support Representative at Aflac, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to policyholders and potential clients from the comfort of your own home in Sydney, New South Wales, AU. This part-time Associate Level position requires at least 3 years of relevant experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and efficient manner - Assist policyholders with claims processing and policy questions - Educate potential clients on Aflac's products and services - Provide support to the sales team by coordinating appointments and follow-ups - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements: - Passionate and resilient attitude towards customer service - Strong teamwork and communication skills - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Experience in a customer service role for at least 3 years - High school diploma or equivalent - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems
