Web Chat Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Web Chat Representative to join our team at Lear. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, AU. As an Associate Level representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through web chat interactions.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through web chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer issues and escalations effectively and efficiently - Educate customers on products and services offered by the company - Collect and input customer data accurately into the system - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times - Meet or exceed performance metrics such as response time and customer satisfaction ratings

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Resourceful and reliable personality traits - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to engage in strategic planning to provide solutions to customer issues - Proficient in using web chat platforms and other customer service tools - High school diploma or equivalent required
