Social Media Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

L-3 Communications is seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team on a remote basis in Brisbane, Queensland, AU. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in social media management and a proven track record of success in driving engagement and growth across various social media platforms.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement - Create and curate engaging content for social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn - Monitor social media analytics and track key performance metrics to optimize strategy and content - Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with marketing and branding objectives - Stay current on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing - Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - 2+ years of experience in social media management - Proven track record of successfully growing and engaging social media audiences - Strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities - Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms
