Web Chat Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

Auto-Owners Insurance is seeking a diligent and reliable Web Chat Assistant to join our team on a part-time remote basis. As an Associate-level position, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. This position will be based in Melbourne, Victoria, AU.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through web chat services - Assist in resolving customer issues and escalations - Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions - Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs effectively - Utilize creativity and innovation in problem-solving and customer engagement - Prioritize quality in all web chat interactions to uphold company standards

Requirements: - Hardworking and reliable individual who can work independently - Excellent presentation and communication skills - Demonstrated creativity in problem-solving - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web chat software - Previous experience in customer service or web chat support is preferred
